A National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) was set up by the Government in October 2016 as a one-stop-shop to provide support and guidance on a wide range of cyber security matters. They publish weekly threat and vulnerability reports and also signpost to training and skills.
For London businesses, the London Digital Security Centre (LDSC) aims to secure and protect London's micro to medium size businesses against cyber risks and threats.

Cyber Security Essentials
The Government and industry-backed Cyber Essentials scheme is based around five technical controls and can help to protect businesses against the most common cyber threats. The Cyber Essentials Badge allows companies to advertise the fact that they adhere to a government endorsed standard.
Cyber-security Information Sharing Partnership (CiSP)
This is a collaborative online forum that can help industry share sector-specific threats. Businesses and organisations are encouraged to sign up.
Action Fraud UK
The UK's national fraud and online crime reporting centre is used by police forces to collect reports on fraud and cybercrime. If an individual or business is subject to fraud or cybercrime they are encouraged to report this to Action Fraud using their online reporting tool.
Security Advice for SMEs
The Government's Cyber Aware campaign includes a website which offers a range of interactive resources, and impartial, simple advice and tips to improve firms' online security.
Get Safe Online is a joint initiative between the Government, the National Crime Agency, and the public and private sectors, to raise awareness of internet security and provides unbiased, factual and easy-to-understand information on how to protect yourself and your business against fraud, viruses and other problems encountered online.
CAS is a FREE and impartial advisory service for small and medium sized business that need advice on online security threats and issues. You can also get help if you know or you suspect you have suffered a breach and need some help with what to do.
The National Archive offers a free online training course aimed at SMEs: "responsible for information".
